Pros

They give you the best training you can receive. They teach you the safety you will need. Never seen a company that will give you the gear you need. All you have to do is ask. Never been turned down for a new hard hat or a new pair of boots. Everyone wants to hire Halliburton employees after two years of service since they know they will do things correctly.

Cons

They work you the hardest and they pay the least out of all the oilfield service companies.
