Pros

I love the work and the prople. Working outside with nobody looking over your shoulder. Used to get plenty of overtime

Cons

Seems like in the downturn they just take away hours and benefits to get employees to quit. Management is really shaky so half the time half the people aren't sure who there boss is.

Its a good company, multinational, a bit of job stability. Has good training structure and an okay salary

Cons

I don't even know where to start with the cons. The Nigerian management has run that place to the ground: bad safety culture, giving friends positions of authority, hiring their relatives without due process, and in times of redundancy, instead of basing it on competence, they sack people they don't get along with. The people are good, the management is craps, it's a hard place to work
