Pros

Halliburton offered a great benefits package. After some years you do have the opportunity to move around and work with different product service lines.

Cons

No work - life balance. Days off are not guaranteed. When crude oil prices drop, they quickly downsize with huge lay offs and pay cuts.

Pros

When things are busy you have the ability to move up fast. Work hard and people will notice.

Cons

Work consumes your life. Days off are not guaranteed. Will change your schedule on a whim with no warning. Pay is not sufficient for the hours worked.
