Pros

• I was given a chance to travel a bit for work, seeing place I haven't seen before. • Money was good when I first started

Cons

• Had approximately 5 reductions in pay since I started, I don't recall the pay ever going up besides when your job description changed. • Couldn't plan anything in your life since you weren't sure if you'd be at work or not • Never felt like you were appreciated for doing well, but any hint of a mistake and they were all over you • Seems to have a high turnover rate

Pros

Big company, leading to meeting lots of different people and customers. The name definitely carries weight in the industry.

Cons

Compared to other oil and gas companies, service companies definitely pay less. Because it is a big company it is easy to feel like just another number.
