Great Health & Dental Benefits, 401k & Stock Options. Opportunity for operators to move to an engineer position eventually. Great training. Great team work.

Cons

Lowest operator pay in the industry. Only way to make decent money is to work long, crazy hours. Little sleep

Cons

No career growth at all. You start your job and will continue to work in same grade for very long time. No official training only self on job training.
