Pros

Multiple training programs for fresh hires. Transparent salary structure.

Cons

Management has recently have had spending be part of their performance review so a lot of small benefits like working lunches and catering during training has been cut. Seeing some cuts in medical benefits where employees have to fork out a small amount of cash for doctor visits which have the more senior employees who visit the doctors more often with a bitter taste in their mouth.
