      Pros

      Great Benefits, room to grow, modest pay. Halliburton is a great organization, with allot of experienced personnel in all levels of the organization. Many great career opportunities to be able to keep growing with the organization and enabling you to develop your professional career.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership & support from management at all levels (front line, middle & upper). While the organization has great structure, polices, & procedures to support personnel, the issues come when these policies, procedures and support are not provided for front line personnel, causing personnel to being overworked, and not being compensated for their hard work, but instead expected more out of them after the fact of being overworked.

      Pros

      Good benefits and facility. They have excellent gym at the Oak Park location. Day to day life, not so bad. They have good health benefits.

      Cons

      Horrible management at all levels and their specific/diversity hiring practices are placing the wrong people in positions. HR is extremely bad and make people feel like they don't even need you.
