Pros

Well managed organization with great core values. There is a conservative mindset throughout the company. Ethical and safety values are enforced continuously.

Cons

Compensation lower than competition and needs to be adjusted. There appears to be favoritism implied to chosen staff due to succession planning. Experienced staff are ignored and overlooked for the value given through the years grooming younger employees newly hired.
