Lots of opportunities to learn. Good for independent workers. Guaranteed 40hrs/week.

Cons

Engineers are required to go to shop when not offshore. Takes a long time to get promoted. No consistency in expectations of engineers, no structure. Competitors pay more. Poor retention among engineers.
