Pros

Culture 25 days AL No formal wear

Cons

for sticking to many years of this job i was told a lie that I was paid well and better than my peers because I was the above average performer. after leaving the bank I realised how much much I lost. the lowest point I even earned lesser than blue collared job. atrocious systems and unthoughtful management also did not convert me into perm staff until i said i wanted to resign.

Pros

Culture overall is good where managers will press for sales numbers but not like the other banks such as UOB and Citi. Fantastic company insurance policies. Good customer quality base where a portfolio is provided to new hires.

Cons

Budgets are low meaning that there is little money invested into computer systems or sometimes... commissions where the commissions are called 'bonus' and are discretionary.
