      Pros

      Great business environment that encourages interacting between departments as well as countries.

      Cons

      In terms of IT, an extreme lack of regard by senior management which could be related to the Head Office being in Pacific Time but North America's business sector is based in Eastern Time.

      Pros

      Good company with storied history. Lost their way with the Household acquisitions. However, should be able to weather the storm fairly well.

      Cons

      Too bureaucratic at times. However, that's to be expected since they are a global bank. Good people at times given assignments that didn't fit their goals.
