Pros

used to be the way the company went and promoted their workers, but recent economy sent upper level management to treat employees like trash

Cons

upper level management - the harsh economy and their retaliation towards employees to get them to quit - moving the wrong direction

Pros

Room for growth if you are proactive and motivated. Good work life balance.

Cons

After the credit downfall, revenues are down, morale is down. IT infrastructure is not connect. Multiple systems doing the same work. The culture is to make proprietary systems.
