Pros

Great bunch of people to work with Regional responsibilities - great exposure Reasonable recognition for good performance, however some bad performers were too often tolerated rather than further developed

Cons

Limited career advancement opportunity; Hard to get transfers to other departments or countries Internal business/ IT systems can be improved Long hours Limited training - everything had to be learnt on-the-job

Pros

International bank, very diversified exposure. Large scale of the bank allows good quality training programs and rotations. High retention rate, people stay there for very long. Good benefits compared to other local banks.

Cons

It is a sales oriented role. You may lose ambition if you start your career there.
