Pros

The employee benefits package is fairly decent.

Cons

The incentive bonus pay from the company(if you hit your monthly dollars collected), is not worth the hard work and pressure you deal with daily. You are better off with another company.

Pros

great colleagues; flexible work arrangements are first class; compensation is great - pay is at market value. international career opportunities are plentiful and management really supports and encourages people to take advantage.

Cons

HSBC is in the process of transforming it's businesses, so over the last 3 years there has been nothing but downsizing, and layoffs. Also, HSBC does not seem to like the US too much, as they do not invest in growing the US businesses, even those that are profitable. overall, HSBC seems committed to being mediocre.
