Pros

Sound advisory to both corporate and public sector clients. It has a strong footing in the Emerging markets business especially the BRIC economies and this is where the growth opportunities are given fiscal problems in US and Europe.

Cons

Compensation may not seem compatible with Wall Street firms but it is a safe employer for the long run. Definitely not a hire-and-fire firm.

Pros

GBM process are great to work - but the general processing is pathetic higher management treat the staff as slaves.

Cons

sacking - recently higher management is sacked , and are cutting cost from last month and it is instant , like announcement of no annual get together is the extent of cost cutting -
