Pros

many Structures, more chance to move to different position, internal transfer. Workload is less as they define the work into very small.

Cons

Too Many people, too complicated structure Simple things can be very complicated here. Technology is behind, no chance to improve technical skill

Pros

Nice Work Highly ethical and established processes Very good work life balance. Gets challengeing tasks and the work is admired.

Cons

As the global economy is melting down , the same has afffected GLT also. There are lot of cost cutting drives but it has managed to give good enough increments.

Pros

Great management team which identifies risks and opportunities as best as anyone else. Excellent level of investment in facilities and training for employees. Feedback on work is very good.

Cons

Interviews for very junior positions are with some very senior people which is not entirely advisable. Growing to become a bigger Investment Bank and besides DCM does not really match with its competitors.
