Pros

Nice friendly people; Work/life balance taken seriously; OK pay compared to other companies; Good Benefits; Excellent 401K with matching

Cons

Some IT groups are badly managed; Promotions are rarely given and only to those that are manager's personal friends; Not sure about the future of the company in the US. Changes technology direction too often, too many standard procedures, too much documentation - waste a of time and money.
