Pros

Suitable for Low IQ people who can't face market competition. Old managers don't allow the talent to grow, in order to save their job. Their salary is in multiple figures. But the lowest hierarchy gets penny. Biased leadership. Less promotion scope. Good for YES people, who can butter their managers. No area for growth. Managers are incompetent and outdated. They will show you lollypops and get the extract the work. Infrastructure is very bad. Overcrowded work place, canteen, lifts. Managers will not allow you to switch to other department. They are politicians.

Cons

Good for dumb and low IQ people who fear competition.

Pros

No pros everything is worst.

Cons

Layoff is going on every where without any reason. You will be fired at any time without any reason. Made a biggest mistake of life by joining such a worst company. Please don't join this company if you really don't have emergency fund.

Pros

Good working facilities within premises. Good for individuals able to negotiate a substantial pay-hike, and looking for limited career growth.

Cons

The GSC entity is structured to be a cost-arbitrage center, and this is reflected in the policies and work culture. The roles are operational in nature, with creative and managerial aspects of a job being retained at onsite locations. I would recommend that folks take up opportunities here only if you do not intend to aim at career growth, and are ok with a tenure based career progression. HR policies unfortunately do not address internal conflicts of interest between teams and individuals. Prospective employees should expect to work within the constraints of redundant HR policies (esp. older employees and GSC senior management being driven by personal job retention).
