Pros

Global, great brand and generally good people to work with. The ability to meet most customer's needs with the resources of the company.

Cons

Lots of politics, leaders working for themselves and not the company. Overly rigid and inflexible as an organisation, very top down and push mentality. Too slow to change and burdened by regulatory issues. Great culture in words, but not dlivered in reality.

Pros

Fair pay and great benefits package Various Employee Resource Groups: Celebrate diversity and allow employees to get involved Possibility of international opportunities

Cons

Their management style, at least in my team, encourages silos and seperation amongst team members. In attempts to save costs, decisions are made that complicate processses as opposed to simplifying them. An increasing reliance of offshore team has diminished the quality of our work. They attempt to standardize work that cannot be standardized! They also are obsessed with data - how much work you are completing, how many minutes you spend on a task, etc. Sometimes complying with their tracking tools takes more time than the work itself. Their processes are disorganized and leave room for interpretation causing endless debates over what is the right way to do something. They constantly change priorities. You may spend hours working on something only to be told it is no longer important and there goes all your effort down the drain! Overall, very frustrating working for them.

Pros

Good work/life balance. Relaxed atmosphere. Good Annual Leave.

Cons

Corporate red tape is worst I've ever seen, cannot do even the most simple task without months of approval processes. Company perks are sub-standard (no gym membership, limited private healthcare (BUPA, but no private GP!), no subsidised food or cycle schemes).
