Pros

Good time-off policies. Good benefits. A lot of great co-workers.

Cons

Salary is not commensurate with work load/responsibilities. No clear path advancement in place. Management is not very sympathetic and oftentimes threatening/bullying. No real direction, changes are done on a whim. Technologies in place are often either not functioning properly or limited in capabilities. Numerous trackers in place yet no real reward for hard work and/or achievements.
