Pros

Can work from home if needed. Decent pay. Friendly though not super bright people. People are quite relaxed and mistakes are easily tolerated.

Cons

Too many systems and overlapping processes. The firm is an old people's place, as in general people are not at all keen to be industry's pioneers at implementing things and are very much following 'market practices'. Too much unnecessary secrecy between departments. Firm is not working as one but rather as a bunch of competing firms.
