Used to be great

Pros

Ability for remote work, some flexibility in actual hours worked, excellent benefits

Cons

Management pays lip service but doesn't follow through; work/life balance is a joke when you are expected to attend conference calls with people on the other side of the globe with no consideration given to what time it is for you. Have consistently been praised for quality of work, but that is not reflected in salary increase or bonus - only in piles of work being added to my plate. So much bureaucracy you spend more time on governance/documentation than you do on your actual job responsibilities.

Pros

use to be an ok place to work with an reasonable chance to advance but that has changed over the years since the acquisition.

Cons

if you were able to advance in your career, the raise would not commensurate with the job, so basically you were taken advantage of. Management was typical corporate management, which is untrustworthy.

Pros

Paid well with generous bonus system.

Cons

Toxic environment created from the top down. Culture that encourages bullying and nasty office politics. HR totally ineffective.
