Pros

Very diverse, international. You can meet talented people from different cultures and countries. Good benefit, pay is higher in banking industry. Big company and tons of opportunities to grow. You will be doing way more than your job description says, so you can learn and grow in a fast pace.

Cons

Don't get too excited about the higher pay comparing to local banks. They may pay you like 1.5 person, but they will make you work as more like 2 or 3 people. You will constantly wear several hats. Currently under the tight budget control, overtime is almost not allowed. You will probably end up with losing personal life and not getting paid for overtime. When you decide to leave, you are over qualified for the same role in other banks and no one will pay you the same, you are doomed.
