Pros

Good Management. Work life balance. Great place to learn. Good hikes.

Cons

Promotions are bit slow. Most of the projects are already developed and have very less scope in writing innovative coding.

Pros

Very good non-salary benefits, e.g. pension, sick pay, car, employee assistance programme etc. Many otherwise unhappy employees stay for the perks.

Cons

Far too many management layers, managers that micromanage out of fear, not a place for the more independently minded. Box tickers and jobsworths will think they have gone to heaven!

Pros

Large company with great benefits

Cons

Because HSBC is exiting the United States it is diminishing its portfolio. As it becomes smaller it continues to create an atmosphere of a limited time left and its a doom and gloom atmosphere daily.everuone waits saily to be let go and the prwssure to suvice the next cut is brutal.
