Pros

Career progression for those who want it At a team level, the people are great Training and support is plentiful In such a big organisation you can get away without doing much work (pro for some people) Good benefits, pension and bonus

Cons

In such a big organisation you can get away without doing much work There is no leadership or vision Red tape and bureaucracy galore Too many cooks Too much middle management accountable for nothing

Pros

You get a free HSBC branded Octopus card every year.

Cons

Long hours, under paid, technology that should be placed in a museum, snakes ready to take the credit for your work.
