Pros

You may get chance to learn new thing. Growth is also good.

Cons

For Onsite opportunity, only pre defined employee get chance to go again and again. Specially , in europe countries . Old employee play politics, they directly talk to client for onsite opportunity. No chance for new employee.

Pros

I have worked at HSBC global finance centre for more than 4 years.. there is no doubt it is one of the best firm to work with. Good salary Good Bonuses Good Increments Plenty of Holidays Good talent pool to work with.. Employee friendly work environment HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Cons

- The nature of work is BAU... which usually includes time consuming data analysis; this leads to worl during peak reporting periods (specially in quarters). However DO NOT confuse this with any type of negative point. Considering employee friendly environment, these times leads to huge learning curve.

Pros

Typical MNC with a global presence.

Cons

Unnecessarily complicated politics and management, difficult to see career progression with unstructured performance reviews, senior management takes on top down approach and upwards feedback is engineered by direct LM before it reaches the top.
