Pros

* Good benefits (PTO, health insurance)

Cons

*understaffed department *Micro-management *repetitive job - you will do the same thing over and over and over *no Time dedicated to Career development *Keep track of everything you do with a program called Icats that track when you go on break, how long you were gone for, the amount of phone calls you take, the amount of applications you complete and etc. *No raises only account for inflation, everyone gets the same raise *assigned times to take your 15 minute breaks *Will lie and say its not a call center job but it is *extremely high turnover *Low morale *horrible managers that only care about numbers not the well being and happiness of their employees

Pros

A four day working week Flexible hours at times Don't take your work stress home with you Pension is good

Cons

Tedious work the same most days Poor management, managers have no idea about their staff or how to forward plan As stated by other reviews, the ICT systems are atrocious, hours a week wasted on computer crashes, frustrations when this isn't taken into consideration with your productivity targets. Out of date by about 10 years, embarrassing. Harsh divide between temporary staff and permanent staff.

Pros

Global organization leads to cross border collaboration with diverse teams. Experience working on cross-border M&A transactions. The company enforces a mandatory 2 week vacation period each year where you aren’t allowed to login to your computer.

Cons

Very weak investment banking practice and minimal deal flow (especially in M&A), yet analysts and associates are still working 80-100 hours every week. Inexperienced, incompetent mid-level bankers. Terrible technology. Terrible company culture (especially in M&A group). Extremely office politics. No concept of work/life balance.
