Pros

International Reach. If you want to travel, this is the company to do so with

Cons

Tribalism amongst leadership. Makes a lot of noise about diversity and inclusion yet they are going backwards. If you're a white, straight male, you'll go far.

Pros

- You gotta meet new clients from different background - Not working back office - Good for fresh grad if you're looking for new experience - Good for networking

Cons

- Toxic environment - No work life balance (could work up to 12 hrs a day) - Work is boring and template - You gotta deal with your own problems since it's hard to reach HR - Bad bureaucracy and management - No transparency in commission - You're expected to have your own vehicle
