Pros

Great team here, collaborative, works smart and understands efficiency.

Cons

Unfortunately some teams are so focused on processes that it becomes inefficient. Some of the systems used by HSBC are incredibly slow and fragmented.

Pros

HSBC’s graduate scheme provides excellent support in your learning and development through the early stages of your career. The graduate scheme provides insights into several different areas of banking. In addition the employee resource groups and other initiatives means there’s plenty to get involved in ‘side of desk’ for whatever spikes your interest.

Cons

The graduate scheme placements are 6 months so if you don’t like a lot of change this would be a con but generally this is a positive!
