Pros

Can't think of anything good.

Cons

With the company for 3 years as a employee with the Sales and Distribution team in Singapore. One of the worst place I have been in: - Management spend alot of their time playing politics. If you are not part of their clique, you are on the chopping board if there are changes. - GWIP scorecard is never transparent is use as manipulate to pay their favourite. - Alot of restructuring internally and your job is always at risk.
