10yHi and thank you for your feedback! I'm bummed to see you didn't find a good thing to say about HP, even if you spent more than 3 years with us. To your point about technology and looking to the future, I just want to mention that we continue to have consistent priorities, we continue to lead even in soft markets as we have maintained our #1 or #2 position in 48 of the top 50 countries, and we introduced new products that have already won awards and have been acclaimed by global press and analysts.
