To your point about our revenue, I'd like to add that even in the midst of separation and soft markets, we outperformed the market and gained share in every region, maintained our #1 or #2 position in 48 of top 50 countries and introduced new products that have already won awards and acclaims in global press and analyst coverage.       Great people but dificult work life balance

      Nice working environment; great colleagues Flexible Working Hours Work from Home possibility Excellent company for ramp up

      Cons

      Crazy working hours when in a global role; difficult to do work life balance; Overtime not paid and officially not encourage but everyone expects you to do it; You don’t progress unless you do "walk the extra mile" i.e. overtime; Very cumbersome processes, it takes ages to get things approved; Lots of admin work HR have very strict rules; you have to fight with them for every 1% salary increase you want to give to an employee, very limited as a manager to what you can do for bonuses, salary increase or other benefits for your team

To your point about cumbersome processes, you may be happy to hear that we are undergoing a process redesign exercise. We will start seeing more improvements in this space. We are a leaner company now, and we will be nimbler for sure. And with regards to overtime, it is not expected of our employees to work extra hours to get things done. Going the extra mile does not necessarily mean working more, but being more effective and working smarter, so that you can contribute more.
