Pros
The work is interesting and dynamic in the beginning. HP inc. really focuses on the employees and are always excited to hear continuous improvement ideas. The work culture is laid back and you can really be yourself.
Cons
There is a lot of processes and tools that is being used to find the required information but improvements are being done to make it easier to find the information. If you want to see changes you need to be patient due to it being a big company. You can't really move up in this role, the next step is team lead or finding a new position within HP or elsewhere.
