      Pros

      Great work environment. Overall high respect for the employees. Hybrid and remote working is standard since many years ago (before covid times). Lots of internal opportunities in several internal divisions for career development.

      Cons

      As in any large multinational company, frequent org chart reorganizations responding mainly to senior management new comers wanting to show they make a difference. Sales compensation schemes change too frequently (every half year) missing their inherent target of meaningful motivation.

      Pros

      Good working culture. It falls a little prey to acting like we're a family and not a business, but at least it doesn't pretend "we work hard, we play hard".

      Cons

      ELT and upper management have zero vision for the company besides desperately trying to pull up stock prices. Company continues to make deep long-term sacrifices for short term gains, that barely rise above the performance of our competitors. Benefits weaken each year. Example: CVS Caremark now handles RxD insurance, and CVS Caremark is incompetent and exploitative.
