      Pros

      Most of the people are a delight to work with. They focus on personal development goals to better each employee. Great place to grow and develop as a professional.

      Cons

      Processes are out of date. If you are someone who expects a big bonus, this is not the place to be. There are several company freeze periods which does not allow IT teams to be flexible and quick to respond to business partner demands.

      Nice people, flexible environment, nice building.

      Cons

      ZERO room for growth, no communication. Team work is non existent. Management needs to take a step back and make changes for their employees.
