HKA has improved considerably over the last 4 years. It is a very collaborative environment to work in where all staff are valued. There are real opportunities for staff to develop and for new hires.

Exciting growth potential!

Pros

A company going places, that has invested a lot of time and energy into enhancing and improving over the last few years. There is a real commitment to people (diversity, inclusion and development) and client quality / technical excellence - this has taken time to develop and get right but now it is a very different company to where it was 2-3 years ago - and the colleagues in HKA really recognise this through the feedback given in the annual employee survey and the amazing engagement / support given particularly through the Covid year of 2020. I'm particularly excited about how collaborative everyone is and how committed the Board is to innovation.

Cons

A small company growing big always has growing pains - but nothing that undermines the quality of the people, business and delivery to clients

Thank you. Having been here for the last few years, you have contributed, helped and seen the continuous improvement that continues to occur at HKA.
