Sorry to read that you are working with one client and the work is repetitive and frustrating. Turning to your other "Con"; we are very careful when we award salary increases firstly to make sure we are fair to other colleagues doing the same role and to ensure we give equal treatment...as this platform is anonymous I am unable to provide more reasons. Thank you so much for all of your contributions over the years; as you will have shaped the success of HKA and helped us with our continuous improvement. I was pleased to read your Pros of "Strong leadership, decent compensation structure" - thank you. We are not complacent and continue to work hard to make further progress in these areas. I am sorry that you don't appear to be a fan of our private equity (PE) approach. This is a shame as there are many benefits of having a PE Board; including their sharp commercial leadership that helps HKA to improve and of course their investment to help us improve further for our people and our clients.
