Thank you so much for recommending HKA and highlighting we are a collaborative and growing Company. Your views are very important to us especially as you are a current employee and have helped to build HKA over the last five + years. I certainly agree with you about "highly collaborative with a great culture" - I have worked in business for over 30 years and this is the most collaborative team I have ever worked in. On the Cons side...I respect that these are your views...I think you make a fair challenge about being a "bit Euro-centric" - this is something we need to keep on our radar as we are a global and inclusive company. You are right we have had some change at C suite level because we are growing and continuously improving...we have added three roles to help us further: a Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and a Chief People Officer over the last two years - a sign of a healthy and successful business and culture. Thank you so much for everything you do to make HKA a great place to work for our brilliant people.
