Pros

If your new to IT industry and need a place to learn then many projects tend to be available for hire every month. Health Insurance is pretty decent. The project you end up on may be what convinces you to stick around for long. If being a call center analyst is your passion the expect plenty to do.

Cons

Regardless of the project - be cautious of your long term prospects here - best you can do is learn as much as you can and leverage that knowledge into a different company where you can negotiate a better pay. Don't let the health insurance fool you either - this can chain you to a dead end role as soon as the project is killed by C-Level management for poor business promises like unreasonable SLAs.

No good reason not even for the pay, micro managed favoritism low pay

Cons

Based out of india and treats the American employees like second class citizens. Everything is bad about this garbage company.
