HCLTech Support Analyst interview questions

Just like another company you would expect same process but the procedure kind of difference and overall I was happy with the performance I have given till I was not able to create that maybe next time I would clear

Phone call with recruiter with behavioural questions. I passed this. Then I was derived to a member of the team. Video interview with a team leader. So, interviewer was very disappointed when I couldn’t answer their questions (most questions were in the like: what does URL stand for?, I mean who cares if you don’t know the answer but you know how internet works or else, if you do know what URL stands for, does that really indicate you know something meaningful?). Then interviewer was also disappointed that I wasn’t a certified google ads manager. However, the job description didn’t have this in the necessary items. I was confused and throughout the interview I just didn’t have a good feeling about this company. Interviewer gave me no feedback and generally wasn’t nice to chat with.
