The con list is long:
• Pay is not adequate for work. Pay is not in the same ballpark as other contingent workers (Currently $8.00 less than similar contingent vendors (Apx. 48%).
• HCL is ok paying new people a higher wage than current employees. Clearly they will do this again in the future why would I want to invest myself as a worker when I will be the next one shorted?
• HCL “leadership” is overbearing, has never performed the role and had no idea how difficult the tasks presented are.
• Recent change occurred adding four new responsibilities to the role, with no financial gain. Much more is expected of us, the amount of stress that has been added is quadrupled.
• “Leadership” does not stand by their employees. They point the finger and put the employee in the hot box as they do not understand the role or actions.
• Only certain functions of the job are counted in the daily production. Yet it all must get done.
• Leadership is self-serving and absent as we are working remotely.
• They are constantly asking us to refer friends to this place…. They should understand why they cannot get jobs filled, people with less experience can make more at Wal-Mart.
• This is a MISERABLE place to work where you are not respected, honored or appreciated.
• Annual appraisals are a joke, no specifics, no examples, no monthly or quarterly reviews.... nothing is consistent.
• They are absent until something gains the attention of 3M management, then they do not leave you alone, they maneuver to find a way to blame the employee. When they should incorporate themselves into the process as a whole.
