      DB project is the worst, no work ethics. Management is not at all professional and treat their teams like slaves.

      I cannot think of any pros about this beside the workers who weren't imported.

      This company is a lawsuit waiting to happen. I recently worked here about a month ago as a contractor in San Antonio. The whole business is mainly run within India and all upper management they bring into the company they fly from India who have no idea what the hell they're doing. They're cheap, treat employees badly, don't allow restroom breaks and threaten to ship the jobs overseas if you don't do well. I received a promotion and for my last month's there after that they gave me a lot more duties and didn't even give a pay raise. I had to beg for it only for them to offer a small increase. I haven't even received my last paycheck and I emailed hr and they say they paid it out. SCAM!!!

      Employee are working on favoritism, unprofessional, improper appraisal process. Just on company name it will not add value. Employee should feel reality.
