Health Insurance, commission, good clients, good colleagues

Cons

Don't know where to start- toxic environment and culture especially with the management side. Can't say all managers are evil but the ones I worked with were. Intensive micromanagement. Managers can't deal with their own incompetence and blame everything on their staff. And be really cautious with the word 'self-expression' showing up on the JDs which is a lie in practice.

Generous staff discount thought out all Kering group. Store commission. Great operation system to work with. Nice team.

Cons

Micromanage - control every part, however small, of (an enterprise or activity). No work/ life balance. Manipulate your mind to make to feel bad of yourself. Can't have your own voice. "Perform any other duties assigned to you by management" - THIS IS A TRAP!
