Good benefits, but crazy workload during peak times
Pros
The benefit packages are second to none, you get so much for so little. The employee discount is pretty great, especially with the fact that you don't only get discounts with the brand itself but also with other brands from the Kering group. There are some pretty nice group activities here and there, especially during the holiday season, on top of lunches and snacks offered. You will probably meet some cool and amazing people
Cons
The workload can be crazy during peak hours and expectations can also be quite unrealistic from management. Communication within different branches and levels of the company could be chaotic sometimes. The constant change of policies could affect work rhythm. Upward mobility is a little tedious, as you could be working for years without having a chance to move up while you will see external people being hired at higher positions. There is a divide between the client services staff, corporate office staff, and store staff, which could sometimes create issues.
