Pros

Stores are pretty, product sells itself for the most part. good discount and benefits.

Cons

High stress enviroment, management treats everyone constantly like they are expandable no matter how loyal you may be to the brand. not a comfortable work enviroment when you have a family to support or you don't eat, live, and breath, Gucci. Definitely not one of the best places to work if you expect to have a life. You can honestly make the same amount of money working for many high end luxury retailers probably get treated with a lot more respect. FYI.. I quit, wasn't fired like almost everyone else I worked with.
