Pros

Good discounts and decent working hours. Also, the training provided is very comprehensive and thorough.

Cons

Competition for sales is fierce, especially in low sales periods. Low likelihood of being offered a promotion or progressing within the organisation.

Pros

Company-wide discount, benefits, wardrobe is provided to you (gucci mandated uniform for that season made in Bulgaria vs Italy for regular gucci clothes) however gucci shoes provided are made in Italy.

Cons

Unfortunately I worked for Gucci at Saks when they were trying to re-brand themselves by putting Gucci employees to sell there. This created a high-conflict environment as Saks employees are commission-based only. It was not well thought out in this sense. There was a great deal of tension between Saks and Gucci employees.
