      Pros

      You'll meet some awesome people. You'll also learn an extra thing or two from having to do the role of 20 people since the company downsized and spread the work load out on everyone left.

      Cons

      The company pretends to care about the employees. Unfortunately just like most corporate companies, they only care about the bottom line. There is no such thing as a work life balance.

      Sometimes work is fun like delivery of items, which are quite slack. Managers can be strict at first but will be nice to you if you're a good worker. Seniors too.

      Cons

      Serving other salespeople, serving the manager, serving the customers, attending to the phone, all at the same time. If you're looking to upgrade your time management skills to an all-time high, then this is the place for you.
