Decent commission structure - you can make good money if you hit above your monthly goal. Health benefits are solid and match industry standards.

Cons

Management is clueless and doesn't care about employees. Corporate leadership makes terrible business decisions and creates a toxic work environment. Zero support for employee well-being or growth. Communication is nonexistent - you're constantly left in the dark about changes that affect your job. Upper management is completely out of touch with what actually happens on the ground. Honestly, the worst-run companies I've encountered in luxury retail.

Employee discount and sales however it is not worth it unless you plan to resell it which is basically what everyone does even managers

Cons

If you don’t want a life that’s the place to work There is no work balance and no management support Extremely toxic environment

- a lot of favourtism and bias among leaders. - if you are the quietly hardworking type, you tend to be taken for granted. - lack of organisational structure. messy way-of-work - lousy Regional team. Poor HR management. - all decisions based on what bosses want, even when it makes no sense. - no clear salary benchmarking, same rank can be paid very differently
