- a lot of favourtism and bias among leaders. - if you are the quietly hardworking type, you tend to be taken for granted. - lack of organisational structure. messy way-of-work - lousy Regional team. Poor HR management. - all decisions based on what bosses want, even when it makes no sense. - no clear salary benchmarking, same rank can be paid very differently
