Competitive compensation for manager level and up. Decent work hours for manager level and up. Growing industry and company.

Cons

ABout a decade behind in technology and Quality standards. Everything is manual even though they attempt and want to be better than the competition. They insist on taking years to development their own technology that is obsolete by the time it's implemented. Technology is put in place that slows down the over-all production process, increase other errors while reducing only one type of error (if it works). Managers push for more production but never actually give you tools to do so.

Grifols took over Novartis so there must be some changes but I left

The organization structure is confusing, people lost direction and motivation.
